US Stock Market LIVE Updates: Futures on Wall Street are pointing towards a positive start to the trading session ahead of two important numbers that will be reported over the next two days. The Dow futures are up 60 points, while the S&P 500 and Nasdaq are also trading just above the flat line. Wall Street had a rangebound and listless trading session on Wednesday after some disappointing macro data on the private payrolls and services PMI front. The Dow Jones ended in the red but the outperformance in tech shares contributed to modest gains in the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq. Economists though are divided on the private payrolls data as they cited ADP's poor track record recently and recommended waiting for the official jobs data which will be reported on Friday evening Indian time. Gold prices are just over $100 / oz away from reclaiming their all-time high levels, while Brent remains above $65 despite Saudi Arabia demanding further increase to the OPEC+ output. The US Dollar index remains below 99, after the weak macro data that raised concerns about the state of the economy. Watch this space for all the live updates.
