In response, the Dow futures, which were up 400 points just a few minutes earlier, are now seeing wild swings between gains and losses. The S&P 500 and the Nasdaq futures are also fighting to stay above the flat line. On Wednesday, China had increased tariffs on US goods to 84%, responding to which, President Donald Trump had raised tariffs to 125%, which the White House later clarified to be 145%.
