Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the nation on Monday at 8 PM, delivering his first speech since the launch of Operation Sindoor on May 8, India’s military response to the Pahalgam terror attack.
His address came just two days after India and Pakistan reached an understanding to cease all military actions on land, air, and sea with immediate effect.
The understanding between the two countries followed four days of intense cross-border strikes that had raised fears of an escalating conflict.
