Western Carriers (India) Ltd. on Wednesday, June 4, said it has secured a work order from Jindal Stainless Ltd (JSL) worth ₹27.73 crore.
The order is for hiring and trip basis of trailers for container movement inside the Jindal Stainless Ltd. plant in Jaipur, the company said in an exchange filing.
The contract is to be executed within two years.

Western Carriers made its stock market debut on September 24, 2024 at a 1% discount to its IPO price. The company was listed at ₹171 on NSE, a discount of 0.58%, as against the issue price of ₹172. On BSE, the stock got listed at a discount of 1.16%, at ₹170. The listing was below expected lines.
Shares of Western Carriers were trading 1.39% higher at ₹112.59 apiece. It has gained 45.35% in the past month.
