Phoenix Ikner has been identified as to be the shooter of the Florida State University (FSU) case. The 20-year-old is the son of one of Leon County Sheriff's deputy and a member of the Leon County Sheriff's Office (LCSO) Youth Advisory Council, officials revealed in a press conference on Thursday.
Authorities reported that Ikner used the deputy's gun for the shooting and that it was found at the crime scene.
