PM Modi particularly attacked the Congress after the NDA sweep in Bihar, saying old Congress leaders were unhappy with Rahul Gandhi's policies.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi hailed the Democratic Alliance’s (NDA) resounding victory in the Bihar elections, asserting that the state had rejected the poison of caste-based politics spread by the opposition parties.
Attacking the RJD-Congress alliance at a gathering at Surat Airport in Gujarat, PM Modi said, “Over the past two years, these ‘jamanati’ (bailed out) and ‘naamdaaar’ leaders in Bihar have been spreading the poison of caste-based politics. However, the people of Bihar rejected casteism in the elections."
He also slammed the RJD-Congress duo of repeatedly attacking Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and the Election Commission, saying that they were spreading an atmosphere of hate. Despite this, all sections of the public unanimously voted for the NDA, he said.
“In constituencies with a strong Dalit influence – 38 seats – NDA emerged victorious in all of them. This is a huge rejection by the Dalit community of those who tried to divide them. They spread a lot of lies, but the Dalit community rejected them," he added.
‘Muslim League Maoist Congress’
Prime Minister Modi said the people had completely rejected the ‘Muslim League Maoist Congress (MMC)’, repeating his remarks from the Bihar victory speech. He said a significant faction of old Congress leaders who had worked under Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi were deeply upset with Rahul Gandhi’s (naamdaar) antics.
“They fail to comprehend why their party lost. So they have chosen an easy excuse—sometimes blaming the EVM, sometimes blaming the Election Commission, sometimes blaming the SIR. This game of excuses may sustain them for a few days, but in the long run, their cadre will not accept it," he added.
