Birlasoft Ltd on Wednesday reported a 4.3% year-on-year rise in fourth-quarter net profit to ₹122 crore, up from ₹117 crore a year earlier.
Revenue declined 3.4% to ₹1,317 crore from ₹1,362.55 crore in the same period last year.
EBITDA fell 21.7% to ₹173.5 crore, compared with ₹221.5 crore a year ago.
The company’s EBITDA margin narrowed to 13.18% from 16.26% year-on-year.
The board recommended a final dividend of ₹4 per share for FY25, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting.
In addition, Birlasoft approved the appointment of K.R. Chandratre as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term and redesignated senior executive Mr. Manjunath Kygonahally as CEO-ROW and Global Head - Strategic Growth Initiatives, effective May 28.
The company also approved the allotment of 13,929 equity shares under its 2022 ESOP plan, increasing the paid-up capital to ₹55.57 crore.
Birlasoft, part of the CK Birla Group, provides IT consulting and software services across sectors such as manufacturing, BFSI, and life sciences.
