The daughter of Colombia’s President said that the Latin American country should send back an American sex tourist for every Colombian deported from the US.

The daughter of Colombia’s President took a jibe at US President Donald Trump over deportations- suggesting the Latin American country should send back an American sex tourist for every Colombian deported from the US.
“For every Colombian deported we will return a gringo from the Poblado," Andrea Petro, the daughter of Colombian President Gustavo Petro, wrote in a post on X (formerly Twitter). Along with the message, Andrea Petro posted a meme of dolphins jumping from the sea under a rainbow-crested sky.
Andrea Petro seemed to be referring to the red light district in the city Medellin which was in controversy in April after a 36-year-old American was caught in a hotel room with two underage girls.
The US citizen left Colombia before he could be arrested but the Colombian President Gustavo Petro appealed to the US government to extradite him.
The Colombian President has also refused deportation flights from the US following with Donald Trump threatened a trade war with the country- including tariffs of up to 50%.
