Following SEBI guidelines, the deemed allotment date for the bonus shares is July 7, 2025, with trading expected to begin on July 8, 2025.
CONCOR operates a nationwide network offering container transportation and logistics services, including rail, road, and port handling, and plays a critical role in India’s supply chain infrastructure. It is listed on both the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and Stock Exchange (NSE).
Shares of the company ended at a price of ₹726.50, down 2.5% on the BSE.
