Delhi Cabinet Ministers Full List 2025: Manjinder Singh Sirsa, Ravindra Kumar Indraj, Ashish Sood and Pankaj Kumar Singh will also be part of the new Cabinet.

The Delhi Cabinet will include MLAs Parvesh Verma and Kapil Mishra as the government takes shape with the swearing-in of Rekha Gupta as the Chief Minister. Besides the two, Manjinder Singh Sirsa from the Rajouri Garden constituency, Ravindra Kumar Indraj from Bawana, Ashish Sood from Janakpuri, and Pankaj Kumar Singh from Vikaspuri have been inducted into the new Cabinet.

The first Cabinet meeting of new BJP government in Delhi headed by CM Gupta was held on Thursday.

The newly formed Delhi Cabinet under Chief Minister Rekha Gupta includes the following ministers:

1. Rekha Gupta (Chief Minister) – Finance, Planning, General Administration Department, Women & Child Development, Services, Revenue, Land & Building, I&PR, Vigilance, AR. Any other department not allocated to other Ministers.

2. Parvesh Verma– Public Work Department (PWD), Legislative Affairs, I&FC, Water, Gurudwara Elections

3. Manjinder Singh Sirsa – Food & Supplies, Forest & Environment, Industries

4. Ravindra Kumar Indraj – Social Welfare, SC & ST Welfare, Cooperative, Elections

5. Kapil Mishra – Law & Justice, Labour Department, Employment Department, Development, Art & Culture, Language Department, Tourism Department

6. Ashish Sood – Home, Power, Urban Development, Education, Higher Education, Training & Technical Education.

7. Pankaj Kumar Singh – Health and Family Welfare, Transport, Information Technology

Rekha Gupta is taking over the reins from Aam Aadmi Party’s (AAP’s) Atishi. In her first post on X (formerly Twitter) after her name was announced as Delhi CM, she wrote, “I thank the BJP’s national leadership and the legislature party. #viksitdelhi."

“Your support is my inspiration, and I will remain dedicated to the development of Delhi and public service with full devotion," she wrote.
