Delta Corp Q4 Results | Net profit surges to ₹165 crore, company declares dividend

Gaming and hospitality company Delta Corp Limited on Tuesday (April 22) reported a 127.4% year-on-year (YoY) surge in net profit at ₹164.6 crore for the fourth quarter that ended March 31, 2025.

In the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, Delta Corp posted a net profit of ₹72.4 crore, the company said in a regulatory filing. The company's revenue from operations dipped 1.2% to ₹182.6 crore as against ₹185.5 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding fiscal.

At the operating level, EBITDA fell 12% to ₹42.5 crore in the fourth quarter of this fiscal over ₹48.3 crore in the corresponding period in the previous fiscal.

EBITDA margin stood at 23.7% in the reporting quarter as compared to 26.1% in the corresponding period in the previous fiscal. EBITDA is earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation.

The board has recommended a final dividend of 125% — ₹1.25 per equity share. The dividend will be paid by the company to the shareholders within 30 days from the date of approval of the same by the shareholders at the ensuing annual general meeting of the company.

The results came after the close of the market hours. Shares of Delta Corp Limited ended at ₹93.22, up by ₹6.86 or 7.94% on the BSE.
