Fortis Healthcare Ltd on Tuesday (May 20) reported a 2.9% year-on-year (YoY) increase in its fourth quarter net profit at ₹183.9 crore over ₹178.7 crore in the same period last fiscal.
Revenue from operations spiked 12.4% YoY to ₹2,007.2 crore from ₹1,785.9 crore last year.

At the operating level, EBITDA climbed 14.3% to ₹435.5 crore versus ₹381 crore. The EBITDA margin stood at 21.7% in the reporting quarter ended March 31, 2025, against 21.3% last year.
The board has recommended a final dividend of ₹1 per equity share (10%) for FY25, which will be paid/dispatched within 30 days of the ensuing AGM, subject to shareholder approval.
