Tesla CEO and Billionaire Elon Musk claimed he paid $2.5 million in child support to influencer Ashley St. Clair, who alleges she is the mother of his 13th child, even as he questioned the paternity of the 6-month-old boy.
“I don’t know if the child is mine or not, but I am not against finding out. No court order is needed. “Despite not knowing for sure, I have given Ashley $2.5M and am sending her $500k/year," Musk wrote on his social media platform X on March 31.
Sue for full custody!!Everyone can see she is not being honest. Very generous of you to give her that much money after how disrespectful she’s been to you.
Most men would never give money without knowing if the child was there child.

Elon Musk responded to a video featuring far-right activist Laura Loomer, who was selling her Tesla Model S. Loomer claimed she was selling the vehicle due to Musk reportedly reducing her child support payments by 60 per cent.
In the clip, St. Clair accused Musk of financially retaliating against her for speaking out. “That’s his modus operandi, when women speak out," she said.
Musk refuted the claim but didn’t provide details on whether he had reduced the child support payments. Loomer chimed back with advice to sue for full custody of the child.
“Everyone can see she is not being honest. Very generous of you to give her that much money after how disrespectful she’s been to you," the conservative commentator told Musk.
Later, St. Clair responded, saying that Musk had refused to confirm paternity through a DNA test.
“Elon, we asked you to confirm paternity through a test before our child (who you named) was even born. And you weren’t sending me money, you were sending support for your child that you thought was necessary until you withdrew most of it to maintain control and punish me for disobedience. But you’re really only punishing your son," she said.
She also lashed out at Musk for trying to silence her with court orders while simultaneously sullying her name on social media.
“It’s ironic that your last effort in court was to try to gag me while you use a social media channel you literally own to distribute derogatory messages about me and our child to the entire world. It’s all about control with you, and everyone can see it. America needs you to grow up, you petulant man-child," she told Musk.
In February when St. Clair announced that she and Musk have a child together. She also filed a petition for sole custody of the child with the New York Supreme Court. She alleged that Musk had only met the infant three times and had no involvement in his care.
Musk has 14 children with four women. He shares six children with his first wife, Justine Musk, three with singer Grimes, and four with Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis, including twins and two children born in 2024.
