Globe Civil Projects IPO allotment: Here’s how to check status online

Globe Civil Projects Ltd is set to finalise the IPO share allotment status on Friday, June 27, following robust subscription of its public offer.

The ₹119-crore book-building initial public offering (IPO) was overall subscribed 86.04 times on the last day of bidding on Thursday. The mainboard IPO received bids for nearly 101 crore shares against 1.17 crore shares on offer.

Globe Civil Projects IPO was open for subscription from June 24 to June 26.

The retail quota of the IPO was booked 53.71 times, while the Non-Institutional Investors’ (NIIs) category was subscribed 143.14 times. The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) category saw a subscription of 99.76 times.

The IPO comprised entirely a fresh issue of 1.68 crore shares. The IPO price band was fixed at ₹67–₹71 per share.

The Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) company plans to use the net proceeds from the IPO for working capital requirements and the purchase of construction equipment or machinery. The remaining portion of the funds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The investors, who bid for the IPO shares, can check the allotment status online via the BSE, NSE and the official website of the issue registrar, Kfin Technologies Ltd.

· Select 'Equity' as the issue type

· Click on 'Submit' to check the allotment status

Investors can also check the Globe Civil Projects IPO allotment status on the NSE website using their PAN and application number.

Credit of shares into the Demat account of successful bidders is slated to be done on Monday, Jun 30. The company will also initiate refunds for non-allottees the same day.

Shares of Globe Civil Projects Ltd are scheduled to be listed on the NSE and BSE on Tuesday, July 1.
