Trump said the 'Board of Peace' was one of the most consequential bodies ever created and promised to work with the UN towards establishing peace in Gaza.

US President Donald Trump addressed the Gaza ‘Board of Peace’ Charter announcement on Thursday, where he highlighted his peacekeeping record across the world, including in Gaza, and said the board will work in conjunction with the United Nations.

Before signing the founding charter of the Gaza Peace Board, Trump said there were 59 countries were involved in peace efforts in the Middle East. He noted that the US had delivered record aid to Gaza and freed over 20 hostages.
