HDFC Bank to announce Q1 FY26 results on July 19: Check details here

HDFC Bank Ltd, India’s largest private sector lender by market capitalisation, is set to release its first quarter financial results for the fiscal year 2025-26 on Saturday, July 19, the bank said in a regulatory filing on Monday.

The board of directors will meet on July 19 to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The bank is expected to announce earnings around 3 pm, consistent with its Q4 FY25 results announcement timing.

HDFC Bank also said the trading window for designated employees and their immediate relatives will be closed from June 24 to July 21, in line with the company’s share dealing code.

For Q4 FY25, HDFC Bank reported a 6.7% year-on-year rise in profit after tax to ₹17,616 crore, while net interest income (NII) grew 10.3% to ₹32,070 crore. The bank’s net interest margin (NIM) stood at 3.54% on total assets and 3.73% on interest-earning assets. Excluding a ₹700 crore income tax refund, the core NIM was 3.46% and 3.65%, respectively.

The lender declared a dividend of ₹22 per share for the quarter. On Monday, HDFC Bank shares closed at ₹1,947.80, down 0.91% on the BSE.
