Hexaware partners SmartRent to drive AI-native customer operations, revenue transformation

IT services and solutions provider Hexaware Technologies Ltd on Monday (July 6) said it has entered into a strategic partnership with SmartRent Inc. to transform customer operations and revenue processes through AI-native solutions.

SmartRent, Inc is a leading technology provider for apartment communities and smart operations solutions for the rental housing industry. The partnership will focus on three connected workstreams, including AI-native customer experience, bill-to-cash operations, and lead-to-order process transformation using Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced.

Under the customer experience initiative, Hexaware will deploy AI-powered voice agents and intelligent orchestration across voice, email and chat channels to enhance SmartRent’s customer support operations and improve service delivery.

In the revenue operations segment, Hexaware will implement an intelligent bill-to-cash platform aimed at improving revenue outcomes and managing data, insights, actions and processes to support better days sales outstanding (DSO) performance.

For lead-to-order transformation, the company will deploy Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced to streamline SmartRent’s quoting and order workflows. The implementation is expected to support faster quote cycles, improved pricing governance and a unified view of the revenue pipeline, with a focus on total cost of ownership and measurable business outcomes.
