‘I Am In Depression’: Tej Pratap Rejects Child Claim, Alleges Conspiracy By Five ‘Jaichands’

JJD chief and Lalu Prasad Yadav’s estranged son Tej Pratap Yadav has rejected claims circulating on social media that a woman, with whom he was “falsely" linked months ago, has given birth to his child. He called the claim a conspiracy to defame him and said the matter should be investigated.

“I reject this claim. This is a conspiracy hatched by Mukesh Roshan and all these ‘jaichands’ in collusion to defame me. It should be investigated who Akash Bhati is, who has a relationship with that girl," Yadav told ANI.

Tej Pratap names ‘Jaichands’, vows legal action

Yadav named Mukesh Raushan, Sanjay Yadav, Shakti Singh Yadav, Rameez and Sunil Singh as the “Jaichands". He said he would move court and take legal action against them, including a Rajya Sabha MP and a member of the legislative council.

“Recently, I hosted a well-attended feast on the occasion of Makar Sankranti. This has made my rivals wary of the prospects of my party," he said.

Yadav was expelled from the Rashtriya Janata Dal last year after a Facebook post surfaced showing him with a woman, referred to as his girlfriend, claiming they had been in a relationship for 12 years. He said the post was the result of his profile being hacked by the “five Jaichands".

‘I am completely depressed’: Tej Pratap

Yadav said he was distraught by the rumours and under mental stress. “Pura depression me hai hum. We will submit our application, we will go to court," he said.

He also questioned the relationship between Anushka Yadav and Akash Bhati. “I know the person with whom the woman is in a relationship and who, I believe, is the father of the child. They are causing mental anguish to me by dragging my name," he said.
