Israel kills key operative of Iran's Quds Force in Lebanon

Israeli military officials said on Thursday their forces have killed Hussein Mahmoud Marshad al-Jawhari, a prominent member of Iran's Quds Force, in Lebanon. According to a statement released by the Israeli military, al-Jawhari was considered a key operative within the Quds Force's unit 840 and was assassinated in the area of Ansariyeh.
