Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu vowed to return the evacuees to homes in the north amid a series of blasts in Lebanon that killed over 30 people.
"I have said it before, we will return the citizens of the north to their homes safely and that's exactly what we are going to do," said Netanyahu.
