Barron Trump, the youngest son of US President Donald Trump, recently gained public attention with a new look and lifestyle shift as he continues his college life at New York University. Known for his previously polished and formal style, the 19-year-old appeared noticeably more relaxed and casual in the latest photos exclusively shared by the Daily Mail.

Spotted leaving the NYU campus, Barron was seen in a white Ralph Lauren polo shirt, beige chinos, and a brown leather belt, a big contrast to the tailored suits and long wool coats he’d often worn in the past.

His hairstyle once perfectly slicked back, was now natural, reflecting a more laid-back phase in his life. Daily Mail described the look as ‘pragmatic’ and even noted a growing resemblance to his father during his younger years.

Barron is currently studying finance at NYU’s Stern School of Business and remains under Secret Service protection during his time in New York. Unlike his high-profile parents, Barron has largely stayed out of the spotlight, though he made select appearances alongside his father during the 2024 election campaign, offering advice that reportedly helped connect Donald Trump with younger voters.

While adjusting to college life, Barron maintains a low profile socially. Due to security concerns, he isn’t allowed to give out his phone number, opting instead to connect with friends through gaming platforms like Discord and Xbox.

“It’s his communication platform of choice,” a source told Page Six. This method of communicating has helped maintain his privacy while still allowing him to interact with close friends.

Trump recently praised his son’s tech-savviness in an interview, sharing an anecdote about Barron’s uncanny ability to override his laptop being turned off. “I said, ‘Oh good,’ and went back five minutes later, and he had it back on. I said, ‘How’d you do that?’” Trump recalled.

Melania Trump has also spoken openly about her son's strong character and intellect. In her 2024 memoir, she wrote,"Barron possesses a rare combination of intelligence, charm, and diligence. He had remained resolute in his character and values even through the whirlwind of changes and challenges that accompanied his father's election and presidency."

As Barron steps into adulthood, he seems to be carving out his own path, away from the political spotlight, but with a growing presence and quiet confidence.
