A maniac knifed a man and a woman in New York City’s Grand Central-42nd Street Station on Christmas Eve, the New York Post said citing law enforcement officials.
A 42-year-old man was knifed across the left wrist by the maniac after an argument broke out on the stairs of the entrance at Midtown station towards 10:15pm (local time). The suspect then ran up the stairs and got into an argument with a 26-year-old woman, slashing her on the neck near a turnstile.
The victims were stable and taken to Bellevue Hospital. After the second slashing, the suspect fled up an escalator, but witnesses alerted the police, who arrested him and recovered a knife.
