Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman congratulated Donald Trump on his return to the White House. The two spoke on phone on Jan. 22 during which MBS told Trump that Riyadh would massively expand its investments and trade with the US. Saudi Arabia's de facto ruler passed on congratulations from his father, during the call, according to a foreign ministry statement.
