Meghan Markle Fuels Speculations Of A Split With Harry After Appearing Without Wedding Ring At US Event

Rumours swirled over the internet regarding the fate of Meghan and Harry’s marriage after Markle was spotted without a wedding ring.

Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, attended a solo event in California recently without her engagement ring, which led netizens to speculate about the fate of her marriage with Prince Harry, the estranged UK royal.

During the Day of the Girl, she joined young women at Girls Inc. in the Greater Santa Barbara area for drawing and crafting activities. Despite her stylish appearance, it was the missing engagement ring that sparked curiosity.

The image was shared by social media account Royal News Network run by a person named Brittany. “If this wasn’t filmed last week I would wonder if Meghan is copying Catherine again by not wearing (her) engagement ring and just her wedding and eternity band. She did drop it all last year though, so who knows. More trouble with salt & pepper?”

The ring is an iconic one and is designed by her husband who presented it to her in 2017. Its uniqueness stems from the fact that it features two diamonds from Princess Diana’s collection and one from Botswana. Harry had visited Botswana when he was a child with mother Diana.

Meghan Markle appeared without her engagement ring but continued to wear her wedding band. This wasn’t the first time she appeared without the ring. During the 2023 Invictus Games in Dusseldorf, she was spotted without it as well. A source later told *Page Six* that it was ‘being repaired’. The ring reappeared on her finger earlier this year.

In recent months, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have pursued several high-profile solo engagements. Prince Harry has been actively involved in promoting his philanthropic work, traveling between New York, London, and Southern Africa.

Meghan Markle, on the other hand, has been concentrating on her own initiatives. She recently attended a star-studded charity gala for Children’s Hospital LA, where she was seen wearing her engagement ring. Reports suggest that Meghan is focusing more on her entrepreneurial ambitions, including expanding her lifestyle brand.
