Precision engineering company MTAR Technologies Ltd on Tuesday (May 12) reported a 222.6% year-on-year surge in net profit for the fourth quarter at ₹44.2 crore, compared with ₹13.7 crore in the same period last year.
For Q4 FY26, profit before tax increased 219.4% year-on-year to ₹59.5 crore from ₹18.6 crore in Q4 FY25. Revenue for the quarter increased 67.2% year-on-year to ₹306 crore from ₹183 crore a year ago.

The company’s EBITDA rose 80.9% to ₹61.7 crore in the quarter, compared with ₹34.1 crore in the corresponding period last year. The EBITDA margin expanded to 20.2% from 18.6% a year earlier.

FY26
The company reported revenue from operations of ₹876.2 crore for FY26, up 29.6% year-on-year from ₹676 crore in FY25. EBITDA for FY26 rose 41.7% year-on-year to ₹171.2 crore from ₹120.9 crore. Profit before tax increased 75.1% to ₹126.1 crore from ₹72.1 crore, while profit after tax rose 76.2% to ₹94 crore from ₹53.4 crore in FY25.
On a sequential basis, revenue from operations in Q4 FY26 stood at ₹306.1 crore compared with ₹278 crore in Q3 FY26, registering a 10.1% increase. EBITDA in Q4 FY26 came in at ₹61.8 crore compared with ₹64 crore in Q3 FY26, down 3.5% sequentially.
Profit before tax rose 29.1% quarter-on-quarter to ₹59.5 crore from ₹46.1 crore, while profit after tax increased 27.7% to ₹44.3 crore from ₹34.7 crore in Q3 FY26.
