NBCC bags orders worth ₹131 crore from Central Bank, Andhra Pradesh govt

NBCC (India) Ltd said it has secured work orders worth ₹131.02 crore for projects in Andhra Pradesh and New Delhi, according to an exchange filing.

The state-run company has received a project management consultancy (PMC) contract worth about ₹25.52 crore, excluding GST, from Central Bank of India for the construction of the bank’s office building in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh.

In a separate order, NBCC has been awarded a contract worth about ₹105.50 crore, excluding GST and PMC charges, from the Resident Commissioner, Government of Andhra Pradesh, for the construction of the new Andhra Pradesh Bhavan in New Delhi.

The company said both contracts have been awarded by domestic entities and do not fall under related party transactions.

The Amaravati project involves the construction of Central Bank of India’s office building, while the New Delhi project pertains to the construction of the new Andhra Pradesh Bhavan, the filing showed.


Q3 results

NBCC had reported a mixed performance for the December quarter, with higher profit and revenue growth offset by weaker operating margins.

The company’s consolidated net profit for Q3FY26 rose 39.3% year-on-year to ₹193 crore, while revenue from operations increased 7.6% to ₹3,022 crore.

However, operating performance remained under pressure. EBITDA fell 21% YoY to ₹114.5 crore, leading to a contraction in EBITDA margin to 3.8% from 5.2% a year earlier.

Shares of NBCC (India) Ltd ended higher on Wednesday, May 13, by 2.74% at ₹95.20 on the NSE.
