Around 3,000 North Korean troops have been deployed to Russia for training on drones before heading to battle in Ukraine, according to South Korea's spy chief. Intelligence Service Director Cho Tae-yong reported another 1,500 troops had joined those already stationed there, as revealed to lawmakers by lawmaker Park Sunwon.
