Donald Trump told the Ukrainian leader that he is "gambling with World War Three". The US President said that Zelenskyy has not been "very thankful".

US President Donald Trump, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and US Vice-President JD Vance were locked in a series of tense exchanges at the White House. Donald Trump told the Ukrainian leader that he is “gambling with World War Three" as the two leaders met at the Oval Office ahead of signing the resources deal which will give the United States access to rare-earth and other critical minerals as part of an overall plan to help Ukraine recover after a truce in the war with Russia.
Donald Trump told his Ukrainian counterpart that a truce with Russia is “fairly close" and that the deal allowing US exploitation of Ukraine’s natural resources would be “very fair."
At the end of the meeting, the US President said that Zelenskyy has not been “very thankful" to him and the United States and that “this is going to make great television".
