Parliament Budget Session News Today Live: The second part of the Parliament Budget Session began today, and yet another confrontation between the Opposition and the government is likely to be witnessed as the proceedings got underway at 11 am.
Both the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha were adjourned on February 13, marking the end of the first part of the session. The second part of the session will take place from March 10 to April 4.
The government is keen on the passage of the Waqf Amendment Bill in the Parliament, which is likely to be another point of friction between the Opposition and the treasury benches.
The Opposition is likely to corner the government over the latest violence in Manipur and voter list manipulation allegations, among others.
