Shares of Zydus Wellness Ltd. gained nearly 11% on Wednesday, June 18, after PPFAS Mutual Fund bought 46.27 lakh shares at ₹1,900 apiece in a pre-open block deal window on Tuesday.
Threpsi Care LLP sold its entire stake of 7.3% equity or 46.27 lakh shares of Zydus Wellness at ₹1,900 apiece, taking the total transaction value to ₹879 crore.

Zydus Wellness sells consumer products under brands such as Nycil, Everyuth, Glucon D, Complan, Sugar Free, Nutralite, RiteBite, among others.
Post its fourth quarter earnings, Zydus Wellness told CNBC-TV18 that it is targeting early teens revenue growth in the financial year 2026. It said it would get to 17%-18% margin in two years. The company said 25%-30% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) for RiteBite is sustainable. It is also looking at crossing 4 million outlets in general trade over the next few years.
Zydus Wellness reported a 15% increase in its fourth quarter net profit at ₹172 crore compared to the previous year. Its revenue increased 17% to ₹913 crore from the year-ago period.
The company's earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) was up 17% in the fourth quarter at ₹190 crore, while its margin expanded to 20.8% from the previous fiscal.
Zydus Wellness' board also approved stock split in the 1:5 ratio, which means that one equity share of the company, which currently carries a face value of ₹10, will now turn into five equity shares with a face value of ₹2 each. This was also the first instance of the company announcing a division of its equity shares.
The board also approved a final dividend of ₹6 per share.
Zydus Wellness shares gained 10.66% to hit an intraday high of ₹2,155.9 apiece on Wednesday, June 18. The stock was up 8.72% at ₹2,118 apiece at 10.40 am.
