The board of directors of RailTel Corporation has declared an interim dividend of 10% of the paid-up share capital, equivalent to ₹1 per share. Shares of Railtel Corporation of India Ltd ended at ₹375.70, up by ₹9.25, or 2.52%, on the BSE.
Telecom infrastructure firm Railtel Corporation of India Ltd on Wednesday (October 29) reported a 4.7% year-on-year increase in net profit at ₹76 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, compared to ₹73 crore in the same quarter last year.
Revenue for the quarter stood at ₹951.3 crore, up 12.8% from ₹843.5 crore in Q2FY25. The company’s EBITDA came in at ₹154.4 crore, reflecting a 19.4% growth from ₹129.3 crore in the year-ago period. EBITDA margin improved to 16.2%, compared to 15.3% in Q2FY25.

The board of directors of RailTel Corporation has declared an interim dividend of 10% of the paid-up share capital, equivalent to ₹1 per share. The board has also approved Tuesday, November 4, 2025, as the record date for the purpose of payment of the interim dividend for FY 2025-26. The payment or dispatch of dividend warrants is scheduled for November 25, 2025.
