Refractory player RHI Magnesita India Ltd on Friday, February 13, reported a strong Q3 performance, with net profit rising 29.5% YoY to ₹61.5 crore compared with ₹47.5 crore in Q3FY25.
Revenue increased 8.1% to ₹1,092 crore from ₹1,010 crore, while earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) grew 14.6% to ₹142.9 crore versus ₹124.7 crore in the same period last year.
The EBITDA margin improved to 13.1% from 12.3%.

The company said it has assessed the incremental impact of the new labour codes notified by the government and recognised ₹5.54 crore as “employee benefits expense” in its consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, and will continue to monitor the finalisation of central and state rules.

Commenting on the results, Parmod Sagar, Chairman, MD & CEO of RHI Magnesita India Ltd, said the company is cautiously optimistic for the coming quarters as excess capacity still persists in the market, but it is confident about itss business fundamentals.
Sagar said, "Despite macro headwinds – our strategic initiatives in iron making along with flow control supported by our 4PRO contracts delivered expected and tangible results with record revenues."

RHI Magnesita India Ltd shares closed at ₹435 on the NSE, down ₹22.10 or 4.83%, today, February 13.
