According to the company’s disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the contract appoints RPP Infra as the contractor for the design, engineering, procurement and construction of the Global Sports City project.

As part of the contract terms, the company is required to submit a Time and Progress Chart — including CPM/PERT or a quantified bar chart — within 21 days of receiving the work order.

The chart will detail quarterly milestones along with a comprehensive resource plan covering manpower, materials and machinery, and will require approval from the Engineer-in-Charge.

A day earlier, the infrastructure firm had received a Letter of Acceptance from Tamil Nadu’s Water Resources Department for executing flood mitigation works linked to the Global Sports City project at Semmancheri, Chennai.

This order involves the formation of new tanks, construction of peripheral earthen drains, development of cut-and-cover channels, and capacity enhancement of surrounding tanks. The total value of that contract stands at ₹52,17,05,486.

The company’s shares closed at ₹84 on Friday (February 20), up ₹5.91 or 7.57% on the NSE.
