Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: The Nifty 50 index is trading 0.75% or 187.3 points in the green at this hour. Hindalco (2.72%), M&M (2.57%) and Tata Motors (1.96%) are top index gainers. On the other hand, Eternal (-3.17%), BEL (-0.34%) and UltraTech Cement (-0.16%) are the top losers.

 Nifty 50 remains around 25,000 mark; JSW Steel shares gains on Supreme Court relief

Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates:  The benchmark indices have continued to trade in the green with gains of under 0.50%. The Nifty Index continues to trade around the 25,000 mark. Meanwhile, the Sensex index continues to trade above the 82,000 mark.

Shilpa Medicare has been one of the top gainers with gains of over 12%.

Indian equity benchmarks opened in the green on Monday, building on the gains on Friday. The Nifty 50 index is trading above the 25,000 mark, while Sensex has gained more than 650  points.

The shares of Balkrishna Industries fell 10% on Q4 results, the stock is the top Midcap loser. Metal stocks gained in the session. Shares of Hindustan Copper gained close to 2%.

The ongoing fourth earnings season is entering its final phase this week, with companies like Nazara Technologies, Aurobindo Pharma, Akums Drugs and Pharmaceuticals, KEC , RateGain Travel Technologies, Awfis Space Solutions, Venus Pipes & Tubes, Olectra Greentech, Bajaj Healthcare, Gillette India, Balaji Amines, Blue Dart Express, Shilpa Medicare, Hi-Tech Pipes, Laxmi Dental, Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels, Snowman Logistics, Talbros Automotive Components, Yatharth Hospital & Trauma Care Services, Infibeam Avenues, among others, reporting their earnings for the January to March period on Monday, May 26.
