Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: After starting with a decline of over 70 points, the Nifty index has recovered while continuing to be volatile. The index is currently trading below 24,700. Go Digit and Tata Chemicals are some of the big gainers among Nifty 500 stocks.
Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: The Indian markets are trading in green, with the Nifty index trading around 24,700. As the markets look to recover from the previous decline, the Sensex is inching towards the 81,000 mark.
Some of the big gainers at the Nifty end include Jio Finance, JSW Steel, and IndusInd bank. While BEL, Wipro, and Eternal are among losers.
Nifty Bank is trading with a decline of over 60 points.
The broader markets are no different, with similarly lukewarm trade. The Nifty Midcap and Nifty Smallcap indices are trading with minor changes.
When it comes to stock reaction to results, Mazagon Dock is trading with a decline of 4%, while Torrent Pharma and IndusInd Bank are trading in green.
As we move further in the day, some of the stocks, like Asian Paints, L&T, Amber Enterprises, Bank of India, and Varun Beverages are some stocks reporting results remain in focus. The June 13 low of 24,473 now holds the key for the Nifty, even if it's still 200 points away.
