Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: The Indian market has picked up from where it had left off yesterday. Nity is now leading with gains of 130 points, surging past the 26,000 mark. The Nifty Bank index has also been trading with major gains of over 300 points as it moves ahead of the 59,500 mark. L&T, Hindalco, Tata Steel, IndiGo, Ultratech, and Adani Ports are among the major gainers.

Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: The Nifty bulls head into the final trading day of this week after breathing a sigh of relief on Thursday. After a wobbly start yet again, the index recovered to end near the highest point of the day. What will please the bulls more is the recovery in the broader markets, with most of the beaten down names staging a rebound.
Whether that rebound was just a dead-cat bounce or the start of a sustained reversal, time will tell. There is still lack of clarity on a trade deal between India and the US, even as PM Narendra Modi and President Donald Trump shared a telephonic conversation last night. That will keep the bulls interested.
The depreciating rupee is back in the spotlight with the currency hitting a new low on Thursday. Wall Street's handover is mixed with AI concerns persisting. Gold and Silver prices continue to rise.
Thursday's high of 25,922 will be key on the upside for the index, while 25,700 will mostly be a key support. IndiGo, Vedanta, Piramal Pharma, HZL, Honasa Consumer will be some stocks in focus, along with the ₹10,600 crore ICICI Prudential AMC IPO, which opens for subscription today.
