Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: The index is still in oversold territory going in to today's weekly expiry session. The RSI on the charts is still at 29, below the "oversold" threshold of 30. After a 450-point recovery from the lows, the bulls would hope that 22,955 has now become a decisive low for the index and even if rallies get sold into, that level is not tested again.

Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: Lets begin with some good news. Oil prices fell overnight. Wall Street rallied. The US Dollar index also fell, as did the bond yields. The Nifty bulls will be happy to hear that.
The index is still in oversold territory going in to today's weekly expiry session. The RSI on the charts is still at 29, below the "oversold" threshold of 30.
After a 450-point recovery from the lows, the bulls would hope that 22,955 has now become a decisive low for the index and even if rallies get sold into, that level is not tested again. We mentioned on Monday how selling in heavyweight banks needs to stop for any semblance of recovery and HDFC Bank led from the front on Monday during the Nifty recovery.
Follow-up buying in these lenders, another close at or near the day's high, stability in the broader markets and further cool-off in oil prices will be some key factors. Among stocks, watch for Reliance Industries, Sun Pharma, Tata Motors CV, and many others.
