Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: Indian benchmark indices Nifty 50 and Sensex opened today's trade session in the red. Nifty 50 opened today's trade session at 22,609.35, while Sensex opened at 74,893.45.

IT stocks are the top Nifty losers in trade today. Nifty IT is also the top loser among sectoral indices, with all 10 stocks in the index trading with losses.
US markets crashed on Friday, with indices falling up to 2.2%. Asian equities too were in the red in early trade today.
On another note, BPCL, Britannia will be excluded from the Nifty 50 index from March 25, whereas Jio Financial Services and Zomato will be added to it.
Healthcare Global, Bharti Airtel, Vedanta, Bajaj Housing Finance, BSE, CDSL, Paisalo Digital, Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, RVNL, Lupin, Adani Green Energy, Niva Bupa, Ami Organics, Brigade Enterprises, RailTel, Allcargo Logistics, Granules India, Zaggle, SRF are among the stocks in focus today.
