Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: The Nifty 50 index is poised for the worst week of the year, falling to 23,595.35 on Friday. As many as 46 index stocks are in the red, while four gain. Barring Dr Reddy (1.91%), Nestle (0.32%), SBI Life (0.01%) and ICICI Bank (0.01%), all index stocks are in the red. Tech Mahindra (-3.92%), IndusInd Bank (-3.45%) and Trent (-3.38%) are the top index losers.
Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: Indian equity benchmarks Nifty 50 and Sensex are trading under pressure. At this hour, Sensex is trading over 1,200 points lower, while the Nifty 50 index is trading 1.55% or 371 points in the red below the 23,600 mark.
The shares of Sagility gained early in the trade after Jefferies initiated buy call on the stock, while MTAR Tech rose on ₹226 crore order win. 3.45 lakh shares of Amber Enterprises, equivalent to 1% equity, worth ₹210 crore change hands at ₹6,075 per share in a block deal window. The shares of Reliance Industries, Tata Consumers, IndusInd Bank, Creditaccess Grameen, Spandana Sphoorty, AU SFB, Aarti Industries, PTC India, Allcargo Logistics, Northern Arc and Capital SFB hit 52-week low in the session today.
