TD Power Systems Ltd on Thursday (June 19) announced that it has secured an export order valued at approximately ₹67 crore (excluding taxes) from a leading multinational corporation. The contract is for the supply of components used in traction motors, with deliveries scheduled between January 2026 and December 2027.
"The company is pleased to announce the receipt of a prestigious order valued at approximately ₹67 crore (exclusive of taxes) from a leading multinational corporation for the supply of components for traction motors for export," according to a stock exchange filing.
The company said the order underscores its technical expertise and ability to deliver high-precision components that meet stringent global standards. TD Power Systems clarified that the order has been awarded by an international entity, and there is no involvement of any promoter or group company, ruling it out as a related party transaction.

"Additionally, we confirm that none of the promoters/promoter group/group companies have any interests in the entity that awarded the order. This order has been awarded by an international entity and does not fall within the purview of related party transactions," it added.
Fourth Quarter
TD Power's net profit for the quarter under review increased 82.8% to ₹53 crore from ₹29 crore in the previous year. Its revenue was up 31.9% to ₹348 crore from ₹263.9 crore in the year-ago period.
The company's earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) were up ₹56.2% at ₹65.3 crore from ₹41.8 crore in the previous year. The company's margin expanded to 18.8% in the fourth quarter in comparison to 15.8% in the year-ago period.
