Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi accused the US of attacking a freshwater desalination plant on Qeshm Island, saying the strike disrupted water supplies to 30 villages.

UK MP Zarah Sultana accused the government of complicity in the Iran war, claiming US B-1 bombers launched strikes from British bases and urging Prime Minister Keir Starmer to stop them.

Qatar Airways will operate limited flights to Doha from London and Frankfurt on March 7, and Paris, Madrid and Rome on March 8, following temporary airspace restrictions.

Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd refuted reports of shutting refinery units, stating operations continue normally with adequate crude oil supplies to sustain production.

Dubai airport said on Saturday that it was partially resuming operations after earlier suspending flights in view of the raging conflict.

“We have partially resumed operations from today, 7 March, with some flights operating out of DXB and DWC,” the airport announced.

Israel’s military said that it has launched a fresh wave of airstrikes Tehran and Isfahan.

“The IDF has begun a broad wave of strikes toward infrastructure of the Iranian terror regime in Tehran and Isfahan,” the military said in a statement.

Mohammad Fathali, Iran’s Ambassador to India, criticised the coordinated U.S.-Israeli strikes against Tehran, describing them as a “clear example of injustice”.

“What is happening today is not simply a political or military conflict. This strike is a continuation of the strike between truth and falsehood. On one side, there is human dignity, justice and the right of nations to live freely and independently. On the other side are oppression, injustice, and domination”, he said, as quoted by news agency ANI.

“The brutal military aggression by the US and Israeli regime against Iran is a clear example of this injustice. This aggression is not just against Iran but also against the principles of internal law and human dignity and rights of nations to determine their own future”, he added.

Dubai authorities have suspended all flight operations at the city’s airport after a recent Iranian strike.

Emirates has announced all flights to and from Dubai will remain suspended until further notice, according to reports from Associated Press.

Iran’s President Masoud Pezeshkian on Saturday announced Tehran would not surrender to Israel or the U.S. “The enemies must take their wish for the surrender of the Iranian people to their graves,” Pezeshkian stated in a speech broadcast on state TV.

He also issued an apology to neighbouring countries affected by Iran’s military actions. “I apologise… to the neighbouring countries that were attacked by Iran,” he said.

Iran’s Revolutionary Guards said that they had struck an oil tanker in the Gulf amid ongoing conflict with Israel and the United States.

“This morning, an oil tanker with the trade name Prima was hit by an exploding drone after ignoring repeated warnings from the IRGC naval forces regarding the prohibition of traffic and the insecurity of the Strait of Hormuz,” the statement read.

At the Raisina Dialogue 2026, External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar spoke about the incident involving an Iranian ship struck by a U.S. submarine in the Indian ocean off the Sri Lankan coast.

“I too support UNCLOS and international law… We got a message from the Iranian side that one of the ships, which presumably was closest to our borders at that point of time, wanted to come into our port. They were reporting that they were having problems… On the 1st March, we said you can come in and it took them a few days to sail in and then they docked in Kochi… There were a lot of young cadets… When the ships had set out and when they came here, the situation was totally different… They were coming in for a fleet review and then they got in a way caught on the wrong side of events… One obviously had a similar situation in Sri Lanka, they took the decision which they did and one of them unfortunately didn’t make it… We approached the situation from the point of view of humanity, other than whatever the legal issues were and I think we did the right thing,” he said.

At least eight people were killed Saturday in the U.S.-Israeli strikes on Iran’s central province of Isfahan.

“Eight citizens, including a woman, were martyred in these terrorist attacks,” said Akbar Salehi, a security official at the governor’s office in Isfahan province, according to Tasnim news agency.

“The UAE’s air defenses are currently dealing with incoming missile and drone threats from Iran. The Ministry of Defense confirms that the sounds heard in various areas of the country are the result of the air defense systems intercepting ballistic missiles, and fighter jets intercepting drones and loitering munitions”, according to an official statement from the Ministry of Defence.

Iran’s Revolutionary Guards said they were “waiting” for US forces to escort ships through the Strait of Hormuz.

The remarks came after the U.S. energy secretary said the Navy was preparing to escort vessels through the strait “as soon as it’s reasonable to do it”.

“We are waiting for their presence,” Guards spokesman Ali Mohammad Naini said.

The US military announced a major escalation in its military campaign, saying over 3,000 targets were struck in the first week of Operation ‘Epic Fury’.

“U.S. forces have struck over 3,000 targets in the first week of Operation Epic Fury, and we are not slowing down,” the US Central Command said.

The United States has approved the sale of 12,000 BLU-110A/B general-purpose bomb bodies to Israel worth USD 151.8 million, the U.S. State Department said.

The development comes as Israel and the United States engage in high-intensity war against Iran.

Explosions were reported in Israel’s capital city, Jerusalem, following an Iranian missile alert, according to a report by news agency AFP.

The Israeli military announced it had detected new missile launches heading toward Be’er Sheva.

US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent warned that Iran will now face a major military operation from U.S. forces.

Speaking on “Kudlow” on Friday, Bessent said the Washington was preparing a significant bombing campaign to target Iran’s missile infrastructure.

“Tonight will be our biggest bombing campaign, and we’ll do the most damage to the Iranian missile launchers, the factories that build the missiles, and we are substantially degrading them,” Bessent told FOX Business host Larry Kudlow.
