US Stock Market LIVE Updates: US stocks are drifting around their record levels in mixed trading on Tuesday (July 15). The S&P 500 was 0.1% higher and nearing its all-time high, which was set on Thursday. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 167 points, or 0.4%, as of 10:05 a.m. Eastern time, and the Nasdaq composite was 0.6% higher.
