X Down For Second Time Today, Users Report Massive Outage As App Suffers Disruptions

According to DownDetector, which tracks outages by collating status reports from several sources including user-submitted errors on its platform, many users reported the outage.

X Outage: Microblogging platform X (formerly known as Twitter) is currently down as users across the world reported that the app and website were not working properly. Several users said that they reported problems in accessing their X feed. This is the second time that X is down today.

Earlier today, users reported the outage on DownDetector, which tracks outages by collating status reports from several sources including user-submitted errors on its platform. Data on the DownDetector website showed that over 17,871 complaints were logged regarding microblogging platform around 3.20 pm.

Since X, or Twitter experienced an outage, numerous users went to other platforms such as Facebook and Reddit to confirm the same.

However, the platform’s functions resumed after a brief outage.

X, formerly Twitter, was acquired by tech billionaire Elon Musk in 2022. Musk purchased the application for a whopping sum of $44 billion.
