Congress is working hand-in-glove with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) to make it win in Delhi, Chief Minister Atishi alleged on Thursday. The statement comes amid claim by sources that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is likely to consult other parties of the INDIA bloc to remove the grand old party from the alliance. The move could be a big blow to the opposition unity ahead of the upcoming Delhi elections.

The AAP is upset with the Congress after it filed a complaint against party convener Arvind Kejriwal, accusing him of “misleading and deceiving" the public with promises of “non-existent" welfare schemes.

“If Congress is not involved in Delhi Congress’ conspiracy, then they should take action against their Delhi leaders," Atishi added.

AAP leader Sanjay Singh said that they want Congress to take action against Ajay Maken for calling Kejriwal “anti-national". “Otherwise we will talk to other allies of INDIA bloc to remove Congress from alliance," he threatened.
