BGMI 4.2 update is finally available for Android and iOS users and here are all the important details about the game.

Battlegrounds Mobile India or BGMI 4.2 update has rolled out this week which was largely expected and Krafton has managed to keep its promise. The new BGMI 4.2 update has some interesting additions, themes and some new gear that will make BGMI fan boys excited.

The new theme brings iconic Royal Enfield bikes to the BGMI garage along with the characters from the popular TV series Peaky Blinders. That’s not all, the Primewood Genesis theme also offers fantasy and a magical twist to the gameplay of BGMI. 

BGMI 4.2 Update: How To Download 

The BGMI 4.2 update was supposed to go live today but multiple reports on social media suggest the rollout has hit a snag. But at the time of writing the BGMI 4.2 update is available on the Play Store and App Store.

The new Primewood Genesis theme brings a new element of Tree of life and Corrupting Flower, which can quickly kill the player by releasing poison. The theme also brings Golden Fruit that acts as a bulletproof jacket and protects them from dying and even then brings them back. 

You have other magical powers like barrier, teleport, heal and flora wings available with the BGMI 4.2 update. The special Royal Enfield collaboration means you can ride popular bikes like the Continental 650 or the Bullet 350 in BGMI and these will be available in-game from January 19 for gamers. You will also get access to Peaky Blinders characters and voice pack of Thomas Shelby on the same release date.

The general gameplay is also being improved by Krafton and with the BGMI 4.2 update you are able to deploy the parachutes a few meters before dropping to the down. The controls have been improved to give you more responsive actions and smoother gameplay. 

BGMI 4.2 is another big update that has been awaited for a while and all these features and in-game gear means Android and iOS users will be eager to try them out.
