President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration on Monday is being moved indoors due to dangerously cold expected weather, CNN reported on Friday, citing sources.
Trump is expected to be sworn in inside the U.S. Capitol Rotunda, reporters for the network said on X. The inaugural parade may potentially be held inside Washington’s Capital One sports arena, one of the reporters said.
The move is motivated by concerns over health and the potential for hypothermia, according to CNN.
