The victim, a worker from India, was discovered in an apartment in the city's Katamon neighbourhood, according to The Times of Israel.

CAUSE OF DEATH UNCLEAR
As per The Times of Israel, Moriah police station chief Cdr. Yuval Reuven said officers found the victim "stretched out in a house with a lot of blood surrounding him."
