IRB Infrastructure Developers reports 8% growth in Q1 FY26 toll revenue at ₹1,680 crore

IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd on Friday (July 11) said the company and its listed private InvIT joint venture, IRB Infrastructure Trust, reported a combined toll revenue of ₹1,680 crore for the April–June quarter of FY26, registering an 8% year-on-year growth over ₹1,556 crore in Q1 FY25.

For June 2025 alone, toll collections grew 5% year-on-year to ₹544.8 crore, compared to ₹517.2 crore in June 2024. The early onset of the monsoon this year had a moderate impact on traffic growth during the month.

Amitabh Murarka, deputy CEO of IRB Infrastructure Developers, said, "It is encouraging to witness sustained growth in toll collections throughout the first quarter of FY26, compared to the same period last year — despite the early onset of the monsoon in many parts of the country, which had a marginal impact on traffic volumes.

Fourth Quarter Results

IRB Infrastructure Developers reported a consolidated net profit of ₹215 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025, marking a 14% year-on-year increase from ₹189 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

For the full financial year, the company’s net profit rose 12% to ₹677 crore, compared to ₹606 crore in FY24, excluding an exceptional gain of ₹5,804 crore recognised during the year on fair valuation of its InvIT-related assets.

Despite the profit growth, total income for the year stood at ₹8,032 crore, marginally lower than ₹8,202 crore in FY24. The decline was mainly on account of reduced other income during the year.

Shares of IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd ended at ₹47.62, down by ₹0.67, or 1.39%, on the BSE.
