London’s Westminster Bridge was cordoned off on Sunday after a man was stabbed. The incident occurred in front of shocked tourists, metres away from the UK’s parliament houses.
The man was rushed to a hospital in a critical condition and three people were arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and one was held on suspicion of affray.
Two of the suspects were also taken to the hospital with minor facial injuries.
A report by the Sun said that hundreds of police officers were called to cordon off the area. The major London bridge was closed off for some time.
The report said the incident is not being treated as terror-related.
