Nitin Nabin Takes Charge As New BJP President
Senior BJP leader Nitin Nabin was appointed as the party’s new national president. The appointment of the 45-year-old is being seen as a signal of the BJP’s renewed emphasis on organisational strength and generational transition ahead of key state polls, scheduled to take place this year.
At 45, Nitin Nabin is the youngest leader to be elected as the BJP national head and is the 12th president of the party.
